Membership renewal date is 30 June each year. Please use the form below to renew your membership. If you are joining for the first time, please download and complete the CCH Membership Application Form. This needs to be submitted to the office.
Our office at 65 Templeton Street is open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. We accept cash or EFTPOS at the office, but you can organise a direct deposit (see details below).

3. Pay by cash or EFTPOS at the office, 65 Templeton Street, Castlemaine.
