Food handling course for Dinka speakers: certificates awarded
Certificates
were presented on 26 March to eight Sudanese members of the community
who successfully completed a course in Hospitality at the Community
House.
The course, funded by ACFE and supported by the Mount Alexander Shire and the Bendigo TAFE, was an initiative of the Community House, who organised translation of materials, interpretation in class, and childcare to ensure that the students were able to meet the assessment requirements of this certified course.
