Chair Yoga


Gentle chair-based yoga is particularly valuable for those with mobility concerns.

The practice increases oxygenation and circulation, develops flexibility, strength, agility and balance. It also improves posture and helps reduce stress.

Kathryn is a qualified mature age yoga teacher with more than 13 years specialist teaching of older adults and those with physical limitations.   She is registered with Yoga Australia and holds current first aid certification.

For those interested in Chair Yoga, Kathryn will be running a FREE 4 week introductory course.  Bookings are essential so please contact reception on 5472 4842 or email community@cch.org.au as places are limited.
