Come and watch this enjoyable new sport for men and women of all ages who enjoy a team game. It’s a bit like netball, but you walk instead of run. It’s not fast, but it is certainly not slow!

We welcome new players! We’ll show you the game, then you can choose to join at your own pace.

• Designed to be safe for older people; a fitness trainer and physiotherapist attend.
• Please wear shoes with non-marking soles, and bring a cup for afternoon tea.
