Tai Chi practised at Community House offers a gentle approach to this ancient form of movement meditation.
Ron Moore will now lead two Tai Chi groups. He says: “We will be working on the Tai Chi ‘Chi Gong’ 13-posture movement, a simple but instructive introduction to this ancient discipline. The focus will be on posture, breath and energy flow.”
Venue: Old Tea Rooms at the Botanic Gardens (inside or outside depending on the weather).
Daytime class: Fridays 9.30am-10.30am, cost: Gold coin donation
Evening class: Mondays 6pm-7pm, cost $12 a session – and the first class, on Monday 13 May, will be a ‘come and try’ class, with a gold coin donation.
