Tai Chi practised at Community House offers a gentle approach to this ancient form of movement meditation.
Ron Moore facilitates the Tai Chi group. He says: “We will be working on the Tai Chi ‘Chi Gong’ 13-posture movement, a simple but instructive introduction to this ancient discipline. The focus will be on posture, breath and energy flow.”
The group meets at the Botanic Gardens, near the old tea rooms, on Fridays 9.30am-10.30am.
