Meditation and Mindfulness – introduction
This introductory 3 hour workshop is designed for those curious about meditation and mindfulness, those seeking to gain better understanding of meditation and mindfulness and those who want to develop an easy to use style of meditation.
This will also be helpful to those who want coping strategies for stress, those wanting to reduce anxiety symptoms and boost energy.
