A Four Night Wine Education Course

  • How to smell, taste and spit wine.
  • How to remember what you have tasted.
  • The difference in varietal characteristics and their importance.
  • Matching wines with food and why.
  • How and why to cellar wines.
  • Cork Vs Screwcap and their effects on wine.
  • The mechanics of how to open a bottle of wine.
  • What glassware to use.
  • How to serve wine including how and why wine is decanted.
  • How to detect basic faults in wine.
