From all of us up here in the 'Maine, we miss you, take care, our hearts and thoughts are with you all!

This story is shared with huge recognition that the Mount Alexander Community Pantry was not a Community House project, but a shared partnership of many local agencies. In particular, appreciation goes to the Church of Christ Castlemaine, Salvation Army Castlemaine, Nalderun Aboriginal Services and Mount Alexander Shire Council.

But the project would not have been possible without the many volunteers who cooked and packed and delivered thousands of food parcels across the shire.

And she will hate this, but a special thanks to the incredible Kelsey at Castlemaine Community House. Kelsey managed the orders, taking hundreds of telephone calls and maintained vital communications between the partner agencies.
