Drilling Down – Writing for Wellness 2
Have you worked with Heather Blakey and undertaken her Writing for Wellness Course? The Writing for Wellness course helped participants;
- create a mindful writing practice and explore therapeutic and reflective writing
- build on their interest in how fiction, life-writing and memoir benefit well-being
- understand how art, writing and other expressive arts have the capacity to help us centre and feel better.
- learn about how journaling, guided imagery, active imagination, unsent letters, dialogue and metaphor can be applied to improve writing skills
- discover how to use assorted packs of cards such as Oracle and Tarot to learn more about archetypes and help build character profiles.
- romance creativity in a variety of ways.
- reap the benefits of working alongside a friendly and supportive group.
If you want to sustain the momentum, drill deeply and take this to another level then this is the class for you!
A minimum deposit of 25% must be paid before Tuesday April 30th to secure a place in this course.
Date: Thursdays, May 2nd – June 27th (9 weeks)
Time: 6.30pm-8.30pm
Where: Castlemaine Community House, 30 Templeton Street.
