{"id":194,"date":"2017-09-08T22:58:06","date_gmt":"2017-09-08T12:58:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cch.org.au\/elm\/?page_id=194"},"modified":"2018-03-16T00:22:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-15T13:22:33","slug":"get-involved","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cch.org.au\/elm\/get-involved\/","title":{"rendered":"Get involved"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome!\u00a0 And thank you for thinking about getting involved with the ELM Network.\u00a0 There are a few different ways that you can do that ~ please explore the information below to find out more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are currently looking for new ACTION group members in the following four groups:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-left: 50px;\">\n<li>Communications &amp; Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Events<\/li>\n<li>Finance &amp; Fundraising<\/li>\n<li>Mapping &amp; Evaluation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core group <\/strong><div class=\"su-accordion su-u-trim\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>details<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">The core group meets once a month and is responsible for the overall direction and governance of ELM.\u00a0 Core group members must also sit on at least one action group.<\/p>\n<p>There is a maximum of twelve people in the core group at any given time.<\/p>\n<p>New members can join once per year if spaces are available and nominations open in July.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Action group <\/strong><div class=\"su-accordion su-u-trim\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>details<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Action groups generally meet once a month to work on one each of the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-left: 50px;\">\n<li>Peer Support<\/li>\n<li>Communications &amp; Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Events<\/li>\n<li>Advocacy &amp; Education<\/li>\n<li>Finance &amp; Fundraising<\/li>\n<li>Mapping &amp; Evaluation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are a maximum of twelve people per action group at any given time.<\/p>\n<p>New members can join any time throughout the year if spaces are available.<\/p>\n<p>Download the expression of interest form below, or email us\u00a0at <a href=\"mailto:theelmnetwork@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">theelmnetwork@gmail.com<\/a> if you&#8217;d prefer we send a copy through to you.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cch.org.au\/elm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/The-ELM-Network-Action-Group-EOI-form.docx\">The ELM Network Action Group EOI form &#8211; word<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cch.org.au\/elm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/The-ELM-Network-Action-Group-EOI-form.pdf\">The ELM Network Action Group EOI form &#8211; pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Friends of ELM <\/strong><div class=\"su-accordion su-u-trim\"> <div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>details<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Friends of ELM receive regular updates through Facebook and email newsletters.
