Advanced Sterling Silver Jewellery Making

30 November, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Remember making all of those delicious Sterling Silver rings? Come and spend another day working with precious silver, only this time you will learn a bezel setting technique and create your very own stone set ring.
Rachel will also teach you how to make another piece, be it a cuff, pendant or set of earrings as well. This extra piece will allow you to design and create your own unique precious keepsake.

This workshop is only for those who have already attended previous Sterling Silver Ring Making Workshops. Students will revisit the steps and create new ring bands to go along with their stones, so they will already be familiar with the techniques and processes needed for these creations.

The workshop has been capped at six participants in order to provide a relaxed and attentive setting in which participants will be introduced to the joy of working with metal to create jewellery.

A minimum deposit of 25% must be paid before Tuesday 19th November to secure a place in this course.

Date: Saturday, 30th November.
Time: 10.00am – 4.00pm
Where: Castlemaine Community House, 30 Templeton Street.
Cost: $225.

The workshop fee includes:

  • All base metal sheet and wire needed to create your ring.
  • All tools and equipment needed to construct your ring.
