Basic Computer Skills

An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Monday, repeating until 14 September, 2020

Learn the skills of operating programs that will assist you in your search for employment or further education.

This course is designed for learners who have limited knowledge of computer use and aims to build confidence and self-esteem. While developing computer skills there will also be a focus around basic literacy and numeracy skill development.

Pathways from this course include further CCH courses and enrolment into a Cert II in technology, business and management at other RTO’s. This course will also equip students with basic skills for employment seeking (CVs & letters), as well as administration tasks.

Please Bring: Laptop, tablet or iPad (CCH has a limited number of available for use)

Date: Mondays, 13th July – 14th September (10 weeks)
Time: 12.30pm – 3.00pm
Where: Castlemaine Community House, 30 Templeton Street.
Cost: $130 (full) / $105 (concession)
