Mid-Winter Immune Tune-Up Workshop

Sick of being sick? If you’re susceptible to colds, flu, sinus or chest infections over Winter, it could be a sign your immune system needs a little T-L-C.

Maybe you’ve escaped the dreaded lurgy so far and want to learn how to keep your immune system fighting fit; or perhaps you feel like you’re limping through Winter, bouncing from one cold to the next. Either way, this workshop will give you a much-needed mid-Winter immune tune up and teach you how to look after yourself naturally with food, herbs and a healthy lifestyle.

You will learn:

  • How to stay well naturally during Winter and beyond
  • The best immune-boosting nutrients and herbs to have on standby
  • The holistic approach to recovering from sickness – tips for gut health and lifestyle strategies

A minimum deposit of 25% must be paid before 22nd July to secure a place in this course.

Karla is passionate about how positive food and lifestyle habits form the basis of good health and have the ability to prevent or reverse disease.
