Stress Less – How to Stop Stress Holding You Back

If you’re feeling stressed, tired or burnt out, this workshop is for you! When you’re busy looking after everyone but yourself, stress can sneakily can take its toll on your sleep, weight, mood, energy levels, hormones, blood sugar, gut health and so much more. This workshop will teach you how to recognise when stress is having an impact on your body and give you the tools you need to stop stress in its tracks.

You will learn:

  • How to identify your current stresses (they aren’t always what you think!) and what to do about them
  • How to understand signs in your body that stress is an issue
  • Easy, natural techniques for how to stop stress holding you back
  • Simple daily strategies which help keep stress in check
  • The best foods & drinks which keep you calm and give you energy
  • Techniques for improved sleep, energy, mood & a healthy waistline!

A delicious cup of relaxing herbal tea and healthy nibbles are included in the ticket price!

A minimum deposit of 25% must be paid before 20th April to secure a place in this workshop

Karla is a degree-qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist & Herbalist based in Newstead. Karla is passionate about how positive food and lifestyle habits form the basis of good health and have the ability to prevent or reverse disease. Karla offers consultations from her Newstead clinic and home visits within 30 minutes’ drive of Newstead.
