Introduction to the Share Market

These days you can invest in the Australian share market with as little as $5 or make a trade from your smart phone with just a few clicks. But knowing what to invest in and how to take precautions against risk requires some basic knowledge.

This short course for complete beginners will introduce you to the basic way that online trading works and how to get started. It will cover new trading options designed to reduce risk and costs. It will compare share-trading to property investment and look at the pros and cons of both. The sooner you get started while applying the best strategies to protect against risk the more wealth you may accumulate. A small friendly group for the complete novice and the curious.

Classes will be held in person and Covid-19 measures will be in place.
