Stress Less – Webinar

We are experiencing unprecedented times which have called for huge life adaptations. Feelings of worry, stress, anxiety or overwhelm are completely normal reactions. But these emotions trigger the ‘fight or flight’ response in your body, which when left unmanaged can negatively impact your sleep, weight, mood, immune system, energy levels, hormones, blood sugar, gut health and so much more.

Learning to manage stress is essential to maintaining mental and physical health, both in the short and long term. This workshop will teach you how to recognise when stress is having an impact on your body and give you the tools you need to keep calm and carry on through COVID-19 and beyond.

You will learn:

• How to identify your current stresses (they aren’t always what you think!) and what to do about them

• How to understand signs in your body that stress is an issue

• Easy, natural techniques for how to stop stress holding you back

• The best foods, drinks, supplements and herbs which keep you calm and give you energy

• Essential self-care techniques for right now and the rest of your life

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is a webinar & will be held via Zoom. Link & access details will be provided to 36 hours before workshop begins.
